Design, implement, and support enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA platforms.
Lead IGA architecture activities including identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access requests, certifications, and JML workflows automation.
Develop and customize integrations, rules, and workflows involving Java/J2EE, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs; configure connectors for systems such as AD, LDAP, and databases.
Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience in IGA implementations with at least one platform (SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA).
Proficient in Java/J2EE, SQL, REST & SOAP APIs, JSON, with experience in Active Directory and LDAP integration.
Bachelor of Engineering degree required.
Work Experience Required: At least 2 years in relevant IGA implementation roles.
Experienced in configuring complex IGA workflows, policies, certifications, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules with strong identity lifecycle management knowledge.
Ability to lead IGA architecture and engage directly with business and technical stakeholders for requirements gathering and solutions design.
Prior client-facing experience with strong communication and ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, advisory environments.
