Design, implement, and support enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA.
Lead IGA architecture focusing on identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access requests, certifications, and develop automated workflows (Joiner–Mover–Leaver).
Configure connectors for AD, LDAP, databases, REST APIs; develop custom integrations, rules, and RBAC models to meet business needs.
Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience in IGA implementations.
Experience with at least one IGA platform: SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA.
Mandatory skills: Java/J2EE, SQL, REST & SOAP APIs, JSON, Active Directory and LDAP knowledge.
Education: Bachelor of Engineering degree.
Experienced in configuring workflows, policies, connectors, and access certifications within IGA platforms.
Capable of conducting requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops, providing implementation estimations, and maintaining technical documentation.
Able to work in client-facing environments with good communication and presentation skills, possibly with team leadership or mentoring experience.
