Design, implement, and support enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA platforms.
Lead IGA architecture for identity lifecycle management including provisioning, access requests, certifications, and JML workflows.
Develop custom integrations, configure connectors (AD, LDAP, databases, REST apps), implement RBAC and SoD rules, and conduct stakeholder workshops for requirements gathering.
Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience in Identity Governance & Administration implementations.
Experience with at least one IGA platform: SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA.
Mandatory skills: Java/J2EE, SQL, REST & SOAP APIs, JSON, and experience with Active Directory and LDAP.
Education: Bachelor of Engineering degree required.
Experienced in configuring workflows, policies, connectors, and access certification campaigns within enterprise IGA solutions.
Capable of leading IGA architecture design and interacting effectively with clients in fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and RBAC implementation aligned with business needs.
