Design, implement, and support enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA.
Lead IGA architecture covering identity lifecycle, provisioning, access requests, and access certifications including workflows and automated provisioning.
Develop custom integrations, configure connectors (AD, LDAP, databases, REST applications), define Segregation of Duties rules, and maintain technical documentation.
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in IGA implementations with at least one platform: SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA.
Strong skills in Java/J2EE, SQL, REST & SOAP APIs, JSON, and experience with Active Directory and LDAP.
Bachelor of Engineering degree required; any engineering discipline acceptable.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years relevant experience in identity governance and administration domains.
Experienced in designing and leading IGA enterprise solutions with practical knowledge of identity lifecycle and access governance.
Capable of client interaction and requirement gathering to translate business needs into technical designs and workflows.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with ability to estimate effort and support implementation activities.
