Design, implement, and support enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA platforms.
Lead IGA architecture for identity lifecycle, provisioning, access requests, certifications, and configure connectors for AD, LDAP, databases, and REST-based applications.
Develop and customize integrations, rules, workflows including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows, access certification campaigns, Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules, and RBAC models aligned with business needs.
Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience in IGA implementations with any of SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA platforms.
Proficient in Java/J2EE, SQL, REST & SOAP APIs, JSON, and experience with Active Directory and LDAP.
Bachelor of Engineering degree required.
Work Experience Required: 4 years explicitly mentioned in education & experience section.
Experienced in identity lifecycle management and access governance with practical knowledge of configuring workflows, policies, connectors, and certifications.
Capable of conducting requirements gathering, client interactions, and providing implementation effort estimations.
Preferably has experience leading or mentoring team members and working in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
