Design, implement, and support enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA.
Lead IGA architecture for identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access requests, certifications, and design of Joiner–Mover–Leaver workflows with automated provisioning.
Configure connectors (AD, LDAP, databases, REST applications), develop custom integrations and workflows using Java/J2EE, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and manage access certification and Segregation of Duties rules.
Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with IGA implementations using SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA.
Mandatory skills: Java/J2EE, SQL, REST & SOAP APIs, JSON, Active Directory and LDAP integration experience.
Bachelor of Engineering degree required.
Work Experience Required: 4 years (conflict in JD, minimum 2+ explicitly stated for IGA experience, and 4 years mentioned elsewhere).
Experienced in identity lifecycle management and access governance with strong technical skills in IGA platforms and integration connectors.
Capable of leading architecture design and conducting stakeholder workshops with excellent communication and client interaction skills.
Experienced in configuring workflows, policies, SoD rules, and automating provisioning in fast-paced environments; some leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
