Own and govern the end-to-end Data Validation Strategy, testing approach, and execution for a large-scale Teradata to GCP BigQuery data migration.
Lead, coordinate, and manage the Data Validation team across migration phases including tracking progress, risks, defects, and dependencies for successful migration sign-off.
Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders, development, and data teams, driving issue resolution, governance, and executive reporting.
12+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Delivery Management, or similar TPM roles.
Strong experience with data migration and validation involving Teradata, Hadoop, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar platforms, and knowledge of GCP ecosystem particularly BigQuery.
Location: Hyderabad, India.
Banking and Financial Services domain experience required.
Proven track record managing large-scale, complex data migration programs in cloud modernization environments, especially involving BigQuery and GCP.
Experienced in multi-stakeholder governance, risk management, and delivery tracking with demonstrated ability to drive cross-team outcomes.
Experienced working in Agile and Hybrid delivery models with strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
