Project / Program Manager

Manage and oversee data center facility projects including electrical, mechanical, civil, fire, and control systems design, commissioning, and implementation.

Manage project scope, budget, schedule, financials, and stakeholder relationships for large and complex projects across single or multiple regions.

Lead and manage project teams of more than 20 people across multiple countries, ensuring quality control and client satisfaction.

First Level University degree required.

Minimum 7 years of experience in project management or related roles.

PMP certification mandatory.

Role requires onsite work from an HPE office in India.

Extensive experience in managing mid-size to large data center construction projects, including MEP systems and construction processes in India.

Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary, multi-national teams and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Strong skills in project financials, quality assurance, contractor management, and client relationship management.
