Lead the modernization and transformation of Infrastructure & Operations across multiple pillars including Identity, Network, Hybrid Cloud, Applications, Data, User Experience, and Operations.
Define and execute a multi-pillar infrastructure transformation strategy and establish integrated reference architectures and roadmaps with clear milestones and success metrics.
Drive enterprise-wide AI innovation initiatives, including Agentic AI for autonomous provisioning and AI governance frameworks ensuring secure and responsible AI deployment.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years in infrastructure, enterprise architecture, or platform engineering with 5+ years leading multi-domain transformation initiatives across at least 3 pillars.
Proven experience in hybrid cloud and infrastructure architecture, data platforms, application modernization or Identity and network integration.
Location Requirement: Bengaluru, India (on-site role).
Strong cross-domain architecture expertise with ability to balance performance, security, scalability, and user experience across multiple pillars.
Experience driving strategic, outcome-oriented infrastructure transformation initiatives coupled with executive stakeholder alignment skills.
Background in AI/ML-driven platforms, automation ecosystems, or regulated/global enterprise environments is a plus.
