Own technical support and troubleshooting for Google Cloud Platform (Networking) issues for high-tier customers, maintaining key response and resolution metrics (SLOs).
Lead and assist the support team on complex technical cases and core performance metrics.

Engineering degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
2-5 years customer support experience with enterprise clients and hands-on GCP platform experience, including Linux/Unix or Windows server administration and network concepts (VPC, NAT, Load Balancing, Cloud VPN, Certificate Manager).
Associate level Cloud Certification required, preferably on Google Cloud Platform.
Strong English communication skills (written and oral) and stakeholder management experience.
Experienced in troubleshooting and resolving complex GCP networking issues with a methodical approach and ability to handle ambiguities.
Skilled in collaborative problem solving with engineering teams and customer advocacy for enterprise cloud environments.
Capable of leading and mentoring support teams, especially in handling high-touch customer interactions and escalations.
