Enable Sales and Systems Engineering teams for Operational Technology (OT) and Critical Infrastructure (CI) customer engagements, focusing on technical qualification and solution validation.
Develop, document, and maintain Reference Architectures (RAs) for OT/CI environments; design, test and tailor these architectures to meet customer-specific requirements.
Act as lead technical contact post-sales for OT/CI clients, resolving technical issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting training identification.
Minimum 12 years in technical/pre-sales support as sales or systems engineer.
4-5 years hands-on and operational experience with OT/ICS/SCADA environments including PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, and sensors.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Experienced in industrial sectors like Power, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Smart Buildings with relevant OT security expertise.
Able to translate complex OT security and network protocols into practical Reference Architectures and technical guides for deployment.
Strong understanding of network protocols (e.g. EthernetIP, Modbus, TCP/IP) and comprehensive OT security technologies aligned with Purdue model and compliance frameworks.
