Implement and support Salesforce DevOps including CI/CD, code quality, security, and backup solutions for enterprise customers.
Configure and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines, static code analysis, governance, and backup tools with platforms like AutoRABIT ARM, Copado, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.
Assist customers in secure development practices, troubleshoot deployments, participate in workshops, and collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and process improvements.
3-5 years of experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, Release Management, or Salesforce Development/Administration with DevOps exposure.
Hands-on experience with at least one Salesforce DevOps platform (AutoRABIT ARM preferred, or Copado, Flosum, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins).

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; ability to work US EST/PST time zone shifts; Location: Hyderabad/India Remote.
Proven operational expertise managing Salesforce release pipelines, metadata deployments, and complex enterprise Salesforce DevOps environments.
Experience working with enterprise-grade Salesforce security, compliance, and backup solutions within multi-environment release streams.
Comfortable collaborating directly with customers and internal teams to resolve technical challenges and improve DevOps tools and processes.
