Own and execute endpoint vulnerability remediation lifecycle including triage, prioritization, root cause analysis, solution validation, deployment coordination, and reporting.
Coordinate endpoint remediation activities across OS, applications, drivers, and firm-wide assets working with multiple teams (security, operations, engineering, applications).
Develop and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts to support automation and process improvements; maintain governance through SLAs, exception handling, and risk reporting.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in endpoint engineering/operations, vulnerability management, or patch management.
Experience with Windows and macOS enterprise endpoints, Microsoft Intune, Tenable/Nessus vulnerability scanning, PowerShell scripting, and ServiceNow ticketing/change management.
Work in-office at least 3 days per week (hybrid model); shift timing: 4:45 PM to 1:15 AM IST.
Experienced in coordinating cross-functional endpoint security remediation in large enterprise environments with independent execution on complex tasks.
Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to influence and drive completion without direct authority.
Skilled at identifying remediation gaps and contributing to automation or process improvements to reduce vulnerability recurrence.
