Design and develop innovative, reliable probe and test solutions for high-performance mixed-signal and digital ASIC devices using advanced ATE platforms (ultra-flex and 93K).
Develop and execute ATE software solutions aligned with product specifications for multi-site parallel testing.
Collaborate in DFT/BIST definition and development with Design Team during New Product Development to improve testability and reduce first failure count; lead test development phases including silicon functionality, characterization, yield analysis, and offshore production release.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
4-5 years of hands-on experience in mixed-signal or digital test engineering.
Knowledge of ATE software development and practical experience with Teradyne Flex and/or 93K ATE systems.
Work Experience Required: 4-5 years in relevant test engineering roles.
Strong practical knowledge in analog and digital electronics combined with ATE high-speed digital hardware design and layout expertise.
Capable of independent work with initiative and responsibility, proficient in analytical/statistical methods, Perl/C++ programming, and bench equipment usage (Oscilloscope, VI meter, Signal generator, analyzers).
Experience releasing multi-site test programs to offshore production test houses and collaborating with reliability engineers for product qualification.
