Lead and manage cross-functional software development teams with Agile methodologies, including frontend, backend, QA, and DevOps engineers.
Own the architecture, development, and deployment of native cloud applications (AWS and/or Azure) using microservices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Ensure delivery of secure, scalable software systems with continuous integration, DevOps practices, and test automation.
8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in leading and managing development teams.
Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Java-based microservices (mandatory).
Experience with native cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure) including development, deployment, and microservice architecture.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading Agile ceremonies.
Experienced in managing remote and offshore teams within onshore-offshore working models.
Familiar with frontend/UI technologies such as React, Angular, TypeScript, or NodeJS is a plus but not mandatory.
Has worked with UK clients and understands commercial aspects like revenue recognition and margin management.
