Lead and manage cross-functional software development teams including frontend, backend, QA, and DevOps engineers using Agile methodologies.
Own development and deployment of cloud-native microservices-based software systems on AWS and/or Azure platforms.
Ensure adoption of Infrastructure as Code, continuous integration, DevOps, and test automation practices to build secure, scalable solutions.
8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in leading development teams using Agile methods.
Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Java-based microservices development (mandatory).
