Lead end-to-end project management for development of power electronics converters (DC-DC, AC-DC) from concept to production, overseeing timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functionally with hardware, firmware, mechanical, thermal, and PCB teams to ensure design compliance and technical alignment.
Manage suppliers and stakeholders including vendor selection, tracking deliverables, risk mitigation, and ensuring cost, quality, and schedule targets are met.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Power Electronics Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in power electronics product development or engineering project management within the electronics domain.
Technical knowledge of power electronics converters, PCB lifecycle, thermal and EMI considerations.
Proficiency with project scheduling and management tools (MS Project, Excel trackers) and familiarity with APQP or Stage-Gate methodologies.
Experience managing projects in industrial, automotive, or railway power electronics environments with exposure to prototype to production transitions.
Operational expertise in coordinating multiple vendors and cross-functional teams under structured project methodologies.
Capability to handle risk management, cost tracking, and quality compliance while delivering projects on-time and within budget.
