Own and lead the lifecycle of a specific product or group of products within the Clearwater system from ideation to market launch.
Lead a development team of 8-15 members, manage product backlog, and develop the product roadmap aimed at achieving bookings, client NPS, and gross margin targets.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field.

In-depth knowledge of Private Markets, Private Equity, or Private Credit and financial services landscape.
Experience with client engagement, business requirements writing for fintech products, data visualization/analytics, and delivering presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Experienced in managing financial technology products focused on alternative investments, including Private Equity, Limited Partnerships, and other instruments.
Skilled at cross-functional collaboration involving sales, product management, operations, and technology to align product strategy with client and business needs.
Demonstrated ability to lead sizable development teams and drive measurable outcomes such as client satisfaction (NPS) and revenue growth through strategic roadmap execution and data-driven decision making.
