Senior Technical Consulting Manager - Practice & Domain Overlay

Own the process to identify when specialized practice or domain input is needed for Salesforce program scoping and estimation.

Develop practical, reusable overlays and assets capturing domain-specific scoping assumptions, risks, and resource needs for various products, industries, and regulatory environments.

Maintain a domain pattern library that improves estimation accuracy and reduces scoping misses by embedding realistic product, industry, and delivery complexity into CoE tools and workflows.

6+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, enterprise architecture, solutioning, delivery leadership, or professional services.

Strong understanding of Salesforce program variations by cloud, industry, geography, and customer maturity.

Experience shaping or reviewing complex scopes, estimates, SOWs, or delivery plans with ability to identify hidden effort drivers and delivery risks.

Strong written communication skills to create clear, reusable templates and checklists; experience working across global and matrixed teams.

Experienced in Salesforce multi-cloud or enterprise platform programs with awareness of regulatory and industry complexities, especially for Data Cloud, Agentforce, MuleSoft, or regulated industries.

Able to translate expert SME input into practical, simplified, and repeatable scoping patterns and estimation guidance usable by field teams and integrated into scalable CoE models.

Operates cross-functionally with practices, delivery, sales, and global teams to embed domain logic, reduce risks, and improve deal qualification and progression.
