Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for Master Data Management (MDM) implementations focusing on data models, integrations, workflows, match & merge rules, and data quality processes.
Validate accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of master data across Reltio MDM platform, integrations with ERP/CRM/data lakes, and related processes including data migration and stewardship.
Develop and maintain automated and manual test scripts, perform API and performance testing, log and manage defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet acceptance criteria.
Minimum 3+ years of software or data quality engineering experience, with at least 1–2 years exposure to MDM platforms (preferably Reltio).
Proficient in SQL for data validation and querying; experience in testing REST APIs using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
Experience with test management tools such as JIRA and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Location: Pune, India. Work Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years in relevant roles.
Has hands-on experience specifically with Reltio MDM concepts and testing or equivalent MDM platforms.
Demonstrates strong skills in designing test cases for complex data models, match & merge rules, and multi-system integration scenarios.
Experienced in automation (Python, Selenium), API testing, and understands performance testing in MDM contexts along with data migration testing.
