Own end-to-end delivery of large scale data and analytics programs within the Data & Audience Platform organization, collaborating with engineering, product, and executive teams.
Define and drive Analytics Implementation Proposals (AIPs), including analytics requirements, event schema, and instrumentation coordination across Product, Engineering, and QA.
Monitor project progress, report status to C-level leadership, and apply risk management and process improvements to ensure program success.
7+ years of experience in program and/or product management.
3+ years of experience in Engineering roles (Software, Data Engineering, or Data Science).
2+ years of experience specifically in Data, Analytics, and Science Engineering.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Experienced managing complex, cross-functional data analytics programs with direct executive communication exposure.
Strong technical fluency in data pipelines, event schema definition, and analytics instrumentation, enabling collaboration with engineering teams on implementation tradeoffs.
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies (including LLMs, retrieval-augmented systems) and ability to scope and operationalize AI-driven features in production environments.
