Manage end-to-end data center facility projects covering electrical, mechanical, public health, civil, fire & control systems design, commissioning, implementation, and operation.
Lead mid-size to large complex projects in India, overseeing project financials, stakeholder relationships, and teams of 20+ across multiple countries.
Ensure project compliance with quality control, cost management, schedules, and client expectations to meet scope, time, budget, and quality requirements.
Bachelor's degree (First Level University degree).
7+ years of experience in project management or similar roles, preferably with data center construction projects in India.
PMP certification mandatory.
Onsite work required at HPE office in India.
Experienced in managing large, complex construction projects with multi-disciplinary engineering knowledge (M&E, civil, structural, architectural, fire & control systems).
Proven ability to handle multi-country teams and maintain upper-level stakeholder relationships.
Strong financial management skills with capability to forecast budgets and control project costs effectively.
