Manage end-to-end projects for Equities and global operations, ensuring on-time delivery meeting business needs.
Lead business analysis and process improvements for Equities Operations, including development of process maps and requirements documentation.
Monitor project risks, coordinate stakeholder communication, facilitate governance forums, and prepare senior management presentations.
3 - 5 years operations experience, preferably in banking.
Knowledge of Equities products (Delta 1, Synthetic Prime, Prime Brokerage, Stock Borrow and Loan, Cash Equities, Equities Derivatives) preferred.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), MS Office, and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL).
Work Experience Required: 3 - 5 years operations experience (preferably in banking)
Experienced in managing complex projects within banking operations, especially around Equities and Derivatives.
Capable of applying both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies in a robust control environment.
Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration with Business, Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams.
