Design, develop, enhance, and support Workday integrations for HCM and Financial applications using EIB, Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
Act as the technical SME for Workday integrations, maintain Workday reports, configure business processes, manage security profiles, and support existing Workday functional and integration solutions.

6+ years total experience with strong expertise in Workday Integration Development and Workday Financials (mandatory).

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Availability to work during US business hour overlap; preferred shift 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST.
Experienced Workday Technical Consultant with deep technical expertise in integrations and configuration across HCM and Financial modules.
Capable of independently handling end-to-end integration design, troubleshooting, and technical support in fast-paced environments.
Strong collaborator capable of working with cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
