Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or similar.

Experienced in both Software QA and hardware/IC domains, with knowledge of electronics, microcontroller programming, and bus communications, ideally in power systems or semiconductor ICs.
Capable of leading quality initiatives, mentoring team members, and driving test automation across distributed global teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with measurable responsibility for product quality and risk mitigation.
