Own day-to-day management of the product backlog in Jira including user story definition, prioritization, and sprint planning to support site operations transformation.

Working knowledge of clinical trial operations including feasibility, site selection, study start-up, and site performance; English working proficiency.
Experienced in Agile product management with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage backlog in complex clinical trial environments.
Strong technical skills to translate business needs into technical solutions related to AI-enabled feasibility and recruitment planning.
Capable of driving metrics-based product improvement and communication between technical and business stakeholders for site operations innovation.
