Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle FCCS financial consolidation and close cloud solutions.
Manage end-to-end FCCS implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and go-live support.
Collaborate with finance and IT teams to optimize consolidation, close, and reporting processes while ensuring compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/INDAS).
Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementation experience; Total 10+ years in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Position based in India; Oracle FCCS certification is a plus but not mandatory.
Deep expertise in Oracle FCCS with proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams through full lifecycle implementations.
Strong functional and technical knowledge of financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and compliance with IFRS/INDAS.
Experience mentoring junior team members and coordinating with Oracle support and vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements.
