Experience working effectively in a Scrum/agile environment with strong communication skills.
Experienced in end-to-end data analysis life cycle within asset management or financial services, comfortable with financial datasets and modeling.
Demonstrates strong technical expertise in SQL, Python, data warehousing, and BI tools with ability to lead SME discussions in agile teams.
Capable of engaging senior management and stakeholders with data-driven recommendations and mentoring junior team members.
