Gather and document business requirements for Salesforce and/or Workday solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives.
Produce functional and technical documentation such as BRDs, RFPs, DRSs, and user stories with acceptance criteria to support development and testing phases.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in fast-paced, changing environments while producing high-quality business analysis documentation.
Experienced in stakeholder engagement with excellent communication, able to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Background in software development with exposure to Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and toolsets like Azure DevOps preferred.
