Ability to lead and mentor junior and mid-level support engineers within a global, cross-geographical team environment.
Familiarity with scalable, resilient microservices architectures and experience working with monitoring tools like Telegraph, Influx, Grafana, and debugging techniques such as Thread Dump and GC log analysis.
