Proficient in operational monitoring, troubleshooting, and secure data exchange in healthcare IT, with a strong focus on interface and integration issue resolution.
Capable of leading end-to-end cloud migrations, system upgrades, and collaborating effectively across multiple teams for service delivery in healthcare technology contexts.
