8+ years of experience in SoC or IP verification with strong expertise in system validation/design verification for storage or complex compute platforms.
In-depth knowledge of PCIe, NVMe, SSD architectures, host-device interactions on Linux/Windows/VMware, and performance/stress characterization.
Experience with qualification environments (OEM/hyperscaler/enterprise) and hands-on debugging skills; scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash, or equivalent).
Experienced in validating enterprise or data-center SSDs, including hyperscaler workloads or storage at scale.
Capable of managing multiple validation programs end-to-end and handling customer escalations and field issue debug.
Skilled at influencing technical consensus without authority and driving cross-team collaboration to resolve complex issues.
