Oversee and optimise project portfolio management focusing on capital expenditure projects, ensuring efficient project selection, prioritisation and resource allocation.

Bachelor of Technology (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) plus MBA; M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred.
Experience with Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau, BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro); exposure to drone/LiDAR and IoT tracking is advantageous.
Willingness to obtain PMP® certification within 12 months preferred; extensive travel to project sites/client offices required.
Experienced in capital projects within construction or metals/mining industries with portfolio and project controls expertise.
Proficient in digital tool usage including project scheduling software, business intelligence dashboards, BIM coordination, and emerging technologies such as drone/LiDAR and IoT tracking.
Comfortable managing complex stakeholder communication, coordinating with EPCs, vendors, and regulators, and delivering actionable project insights and reports under tight timelines.
