Manage and lead SPIU team ensuring programme milestones under RAMP scheme are met and projects are executed successfully.
Conduct periodic performance reporting to client and ensure compliance with financial and procurement procedures.
Establish and maintain relationships with district agencies and stakeholders; convene state level committees to address implementation issues; support client convergence with various schemes; contribute to MSME-focused business development.
Minimum 10 years managing development projects, preferably in MSME domain, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in programme implementation.
Post Graduate degree in economics, social sciences, public administration, MBA, or PG diploma in business management from premier institutes.
Fluency in English including reading, speaking, and writing; strong report writing and data analytic skills required.
Willingness and flexibility to travel to project locations.
Experienced in managing and leading MSME programmes at State Government level or similar environment.
Demonstrates strong client management and team leadership skills with ability to drive programme implementation and stakeholder coordination.
Proactive and enterprising approach to identifying opportunities and guiding team execution under strict compliance and reporting frameworks.
