Experienced in agile or hybrid project environments with strong teamwork and goal orientation.
Capable of handling end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects including integration of external systems.
Possesses basic knowledge of AI technologies relevant to the ServiceNow platform, with additional certifications preferred but not mandatory.
