Tier-1 brand increases competition but role's niche M&P aerospace toolset limits applicant pool.
Highly domain-specific M&P aerospace tools, compliance, and supplier processes reduce cross-industry transferability.
Explicit 7–10 years requirement, engineering degree, and niche M&P/tool expertise enforce strict hiring filters.
