Coordinate and drive local execution and impact across multiple Global Delivery PCC program value streams in India.
Serve as primary communication link with India leadership on PCC status, milestones, and cross-stream alignment.
Lead horizontal initiatives to standardize and automate project management, business analysis, training, testing, reporting, and operational readiness activities.
6-8 years’ experience in financial services, operations, or technology delivery, including project management or PMO roles.
Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
Experience with complex, global, cross-functional project coordination and delivery.
Flexible to work shifts as per project requirements.
Expertise operating in large-scale financial services transformation programs, especially payments, custody, or reconciliation.
Strong coordination skills across multiple workstreams and stakeholders including Business, Operations, Technology, and Senior Leadership.
Comfortable managing status reporting, risk logs, escalations, and governance in fast-paced, change-driven environments.
