Lead requirements gathering and documentation for Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and reporting solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Design and oversee implementation of data models, data quality standards, and automated reporting processes ensuring alignment with business goals.
Serve as liaison between business and technical teams, managing testing phases including user acceptance testing (UAT) and validating report accuracy.
8-12 years experience as a Business Analyst in data warehousing, business intelligence, or reporting environment.
Strong knowledge of EDW concepts, data modeling, ETL processes, and proficiency in SQL with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
Primary work location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Experienced in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Marketing domains relevant to data warehousing and reporting.
Demonstrates ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, including strong data governance and quality management practices.
Familiarity with cloud-based EDW platforms (Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery) and Agile methodologies is desirable but not mandatory.
