Remote work with rotating shifts and participation in 24x7 on-call support; travel requirements minimal if any.
Experienced with architectural dependencies and best practices for Citrix virtualization technologies in enterprise healthcare settings.
Able to translate complex technical issues into business language and engage with multiple stakeholders including leadership and vendors.
Proactive in mentorship and knowledge sharing to improve team competence and processes; strong documentation and communication skills.
