Lead end-to-end system-level validation strategy and execution for SSD platforms through various validation phases including FVT, DVT, SVT, and customer qualification.
Own system bring-up, platform configuration, debug, and perform deep root-cause failure analysis across firmware, hardware, drivers, OS, and test infrastructure in OEM and hyperscaler environments.
Act as technical authority for verification sign-off, mentor senior engineers, support customer-specific validation and escalations, and contribute to test methodology and automation improvements.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in SoC or IP verification with strong system validation/design verification expertise for storage or complex compute platforms.
Proficient knowledge of PCIe, NVMe, SSD architectures and host-device interactions on Linux/Windows/VMware.
Hands-on debug experience using logs, traces, protocol analyzers and scripting/automation skills in Python, Bash or equivalent.
Experienced in validating enterprise or data-center SSDs with exposure to OEM/hyperscaler qualification environments and workloads at scale.
Capable of independently managing multiple validation programs and leading cross-functional technical consensus.
Skilled in detailed failure triage, root-cause analysis, and driving issue resolution in complex multi-layer storage systems.
