5-8 years of relevant software development experience.
Hands-on experience with Angular, Node.js, React, Java (8+), and modern microservice architectures (Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with databases (NoSQL DynamoDB, Oracle SQL, Postgres), RESTful APIs, Test Driven Development (JUnit, Mockito), CICD tools (GitHub Actions/Jenkins), and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
Experienced fullstack developer proficient in both frontend frameworks and backend Java microservices with cloud-native development.
Ability to handle end-to-end delivery of small to medium tasks independently and mentor team members, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
Background or familiarity with FinTech, Accounting, Treasury domains and security-first mindset for sensitive data handling.
