Own end-to-end execution and delivery of an assigned hardware component, subsystem, or software workstream within a Fluence product/program, ensuring timing, quality, cost, and readiness for integration.
Develop and manage detailed program plans including schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and mitigation for assigned scope.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations) and ensure timely resolution of issues, procurement readiness, production launch, and data-driven status reporting to leadership.
3–7 years of experience in Program/Project Management or related roles managing technical deliverables or workstreams.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related technical field is required.
Experience in managing component-level or subsystem-level planning, procurement, supplier coordination, and production readiness preferred.
Ability to work with global teams across time zones and manage cross-functional execution; certifications (PMP, Agile, Lean) are a plus but not required.
Experienced in managing hardware and/or software development environments with demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority and drive cross-functional outcomes.
Comfortable in fast-paced, complex environments with evolving priorities and multiple dependencies, demonstrating ownership and independent execution.
Familiarity with embedded systems, software integration, SDLC, and coordination with Agile software teams to align software deliverables with overall program milestones.
