Own product specification collaboration with PLM, System Architecture, and Engineering for optical line system products.
Manage ODM suppliers to develop and validate products per specifications through product lifecycle stages including software integration, system validation, NPI, and pilot.

Experience managing hardware development projects preferred; collaborating with ODM suppliers is a plus; PMP certification is a plus.
Experienced in managing cross-functional global teams and diverse stakeholders across engineering and supply chain divisions.
Strong background in optical communication products and hardware development lifecycle management.
Skilled in supplier management and driving complex projects with measurable outcomes such as time-to-market and product quality.
