Manage day-to-day infrastructure cybersecurity service delivery including vulnerability, network, and information protection processes with internal teams and third-party providers.

Experienced in leading cybersecurity service delivery and compliance in offshore and multi-contract environments.
Demonstrates operational excellence with strong customer and service management mindset and capacity to handle critical incident resolution and continuous improvement.
