Proficiency with Figma including components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, and collaboration workflows.
Experience conducting or supporting research activities such as user interviews, usability testing, or synthesis of qualitative insights.
Has a strong foundation in product design, including interaction design, information architecture, usability, accessibility, and storytelling from user and business perspectives.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments managing ambiguity and changing priorities, collaborating across time zones and with distributed teams.
Experienced in applying design systems consistently, documenting usage and edge cases, and translating complex AI-assisted workflows into usable, accessible enterprise software designs.
