8+ years of experience in SoC or IP verification with strong system validation/design verification for storage or complex compute platforms.
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Deep understanding of PCIe, NVMe, SSD architectures, host-device interactions across Linux/Windows/VMware, and validation workflows including coverage tracking and release readiness.
Hands-on debug experience using logs, traces, protocol analyzers, system instrumentation and scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash, or equivalent).
Experienced in qualification environments including OEM, hyperscaler, or enterprise storage systems.
Capable of managing multiple parallel validation programs and handling customer escalations with field issue debugging.
Strong cross-functional influence skills to drive consensus without direct authority and improve test methodologies and lab efficiency.
