Design, develop, test, debug, and optimize low-latency, high-throughput Java applications for financial trading environments.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance, security, and production support for electronic trading systems.
Minimum 4+ years Specialty Software Engineering experience or equivalent via combination of experience, training, or education.
Strong proficiency in Java 8+ including multi-threaded and distributed systems.
Experience in Electronic Trading / Algorithmic Trading is mandatory.
Location: Hyderabad or Bangalore with willingness to work in-office as per organizational guidelines.
Expertise in design and optimization of low-latency Java systems in financial trading/exchange connectivity (e.g. FIX, ITCH, OUCH protocols).
Experience with real-time messaging systems (Solace, Aeron) and time series database or similar trading tech stacks.
Familiarity with compliance, exchange regulations, CI/CD, automated testing frameworks (Karate, Cucumber), and production issue troubleshooting in trading environments.
