Capable of independently managing medium to high complexity issues, identifying root causes, and driving process standardization and automation projects.
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (CI/LEAN), advanced SAP usage, and tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and scripting for effective data management and reporting.
