Lead enterprise-wide Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives across client, product, third-party, and account domains to ensure high-quality integrated master data.
Drive end-to-end data quality initiatives including profiling, root cause analysis, remediation design and execution to improve data accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with business, technology, and architecture teams to resolve data issues at the source and lead data governance activities including stewardship and management of critical data elements.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field.
Strong advanced SQL skills for querying and analyzing large data sets.
Solid understanding and experience with Master Data Management concepts and data governance practices.
Work Experience Required: 11 to 15 years of experience, preferably including financial services or regulatory domains.
Experienced in leading complex Master Data subdomain initiatives and data quality frameworks across enterprise environments.
Proficient in deep data analysis, root cause investigation, and implementing sustainable data quality improvements.
Skilled at stakeholder collaboration across business and technology teams, influencing process/system changes and guiding junior analysts in MDM best practices.
