Experienced enterprise backup administrator with strong technical skills in multiple backup platforms and cloud-native backup environments.
Has a proven track record of automating and streamlining operations using SRE and DevOps tools and comfortable with 24x7 rotational shifts and on-call duties.
Familiar with ITIL processes and capable of working cross-functionally to drive continuous improvements and handle escalations and vendor communications.
